Female? Young? Pro-Life? Young Life Activist/Musician Needs You for His New Video!

East Carolina University junior Zach Campbell, who is unabashedly pro-life, has written a song about why he admires pro-life (and conservative) women.

For those of you unfamiliar with his work, Campbell won 2nd place in Live Action/Students for Life of America’s “Tell Congress” YouTube video contest last year. Here’s more about the contest:

The contest was designed to support the Pence Amendment, which the House of Representatives approved, but which the U.S. Senate defeated — although both chambers of Congress are still debating how to solve the federal budget issue and whether Planned Parenthood will receive federal funds.

After receiving dozens of videos from youth across the country explaining why Congress should de-fund Planned Parenthood, Live Action and Students for Life of America announced today the winners of their “Tell Congress” YouTube Video Contest. The contest was open to all high-school and college-age youth between 14 and 25 and contestants were urged to use creativity in addressing Congress and explaining why they should de-fund Planned Parenthood.

Now, Zach is calling on pro-life females to help him with his latest video project.  Here’s more about it:

So I’m making a music video for my new pro-life song, and if you’re pro-life and a girl, I want YOU to be in it! Just send me a 5 sec long clip of you with a pro-life sign, lip-syncing the words, or something else creative, and I’ll put you in it after I’ve received all the videos. Thanks!

Students for Life of America Unveils Powerful New Video: “Turn the Tide 2012″

Via TurntheTide2012.com

January 22, 2012 marks the 39th anniversary of Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton, some of the most controversial and equally anti-life court cases to ever be decided in the Supreme Court.

To counter this, pro-life activists have held a “March for Life” event each year to bring awareness to the importance of safe-guarding life for future generations. Each year, the event draws thousands of people from all across America – especially young people.

In 2011, the pro-life movement made great strides against the abortion industry. TurntheTide2012.com lists the following accomplishments:

  • Planned Parenthood, our nation’s largest abortion provider was exposed as not only partners in sex crimes covering up statutory rape but also human trafficking.
  • The U.S. House of Representatives, for the first time in its history, voted to federally defund Planned Parenthood and launched a formal investigation of its business practices.
  • Nearly 30 abortion facilities shut down adding to the 1513 that have been shut down since 1991.
  • Poll after poll revealed that this generation of young people, unlike previous generations of young people, is pro-life.
  • The Guttmacher Institute, Planned Parenthood’s research arm, reported that states enacted a record number of pro-life laws, 92 laws in 24 states, more than triple than the 23 enacted in 2010.
